Vaccine Passports

With the government’s announcement that we will be moving to the traffic light system on December 3rd, its time to look at what that means moving forward.

Under the Covid Protection framework 'traffic light system' we are not able to operate under orange or red unless all our clients provide a valid Vaccanation Passport.  This means that if you do not have a valid passport by December 3rd we will not be able to see you in salon.

Post December 3rd

  • When you arrive for your appointment we will be scanning you vaccine passport, you will only need to do on your first visit and then again when you renew it (if with your permission we save the expiry date of your covid vaccine passport into our system no other details will be stored).  *We are investigating other ways of doing this prior to your appointment to save time and disappointment if you don't have it with you.
  • We will be continuing our salon hygiene practices.
  • We will also be continuing the use of mask wearing in the salon in order to protect our team, you, your fellow clients and our wider community. You may not feel comfortable wearing a mask, but our team and other clients feel safer when you do

While we deeply respect your individual choice, we are a close contact business and to ensure the safety of our staff, families, clients and offer job security for our employees and business, we must follow the guidelines put in place. This is the only choice for us.  We are saddened if this means we can no longer fulfill your hair styling needs.  If you do have an appointment booked with us after December 3rd and are not fully vaccinated, please do let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel your appointment.
*We are available via email  with any haircare questions you may have as we would love to support you while your unable to visit the salon.

We will keep you up to date, with any changes or amendments going forward.

Thank you for you support and understanding
Warm regards
Tash, Michelle, Gaylene, Billie and Kerrynn
