Health and Safety

Published on: May 10th, 2020

M>PHOSIS has always upheld the strictest of hygiene etiquette, but due to Covid-19 we have had to put in some extra measures to ensure your safety, and the safety of our staff. Below is our current proposed plan for when M>PHOSIS goes into Level 2.

Here is what M>PHOSIS is planning to do...

  • Staff will be wearing PPE where necessary.
  • All staff will be asked a series of questions to ensure no Covid-19 symptoms are present before each shift.
  • We are unable to supply drinks (other than bottled water) or magazines, to help limit the amount of touchpoint within the salon to stop the spread.
  • Every cape and gown washed in between each service (as they already were).
  • Hand washing and sanitisation between each client.
  • Full sanitisation of tools, brushes, service area, basin, in between each client’s service/use.
  • We will still be offering contactless product delivery and pickup.

What do we expect from YOU our client...

  • If you are unwell please stay at home.
  • Please do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment. They will not be able to enter the salon.
  • Upon arriving at M>PHOSIS you will be asked a series of questions. If there is a negative outcome your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
  • If you are late your appointment may not take place due to level 2 strict time constraints.
  • Due to no magazines/refreshments other than bottled water on offer please feel free to bring your own and your own device to use.
  • Please use the hand sanitisers provided upon entering the salon and periodically throughout your service in the salon.
  • If you would like to purchase products and you don’t have an appointment please contact us via email or DM so that we can get your order together and organise a time for you to collect it.
  • Please also be aware that your details will be kept on record (as they always are), but for contact tracing purposes in compliance with the government regulations could be handed over to a government agency should they need it.

This is open to change depending on changes to Health and Safety and Covid 19 guidelines.
