We have reached the 5th week and are heading into Level 3! BUT.... We won’t be back on the salon floor till Level 2. Rest assured our team have offered to work extra hours/days to help see you looking your best again.
We don’t know what restrictions will be in place to ensure safety for you and our team, but we will be adhering to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health, covid-19.govt.nz & New Zealand Association of Registered Hairdressers.
For example...We may have to limit client numbers per day and 70+ may have to wait till all levels are lifted. But we will keep you posted!!!
For those of you that had existing bookings. They have ALL been cancelled and you are now in our VIP LIST.
How does this VIP LIST work?
If you had an appointment on Tuesday the 24 March you will be contacted first, and so on....
Please let us contact you to rebook.
We will be contacting you once we know when level 2 might be achievable. We will send all appointments out via email or text message so please double check your appointment and confirm this day and time will work for you. If you change your mind about what you need let us know before turning up to the salon to avoid disappointment and to ensure we have enough time allocated.
If you would usually come in on a late night or Saturday but are available during the day when we reach Level 2 please let us know.
